Role-driven workflow

Businesses can set up their own workflow setups for managing and approving captured data. All processing takes place electronically with notification via email or text message.

The system is also role-controlled and makes use of distinctive roles and uses digital signatures for publication. In this way, valid documents are made available to the employees who have access. Employees will only see their own registrations, while administrators will see all registrations.

Control panel and statistics

The system is accessible via a portal that has simple shortcuts. The portal also has a control panel that shows ongoing development and statistics. In addition, there are search functions and a separate report generator with the option of exporting data to other solutions and spreadsheets.
